Working in learning and development consultancy for the past 11 years, Naren has built experience in finding and creating solutions for children and adults' learning and development, as well as adapting these techniques to various other goals that are presented. Often asked by many of the kids he has work with if he is in fact older or younger than them, this may reflect his tendency to "play" more than "work", but he will tell you it's his ability to adapt to the situation... you decide. As well as coordinating the events of Neek, he strives to push the developments in media, art and promotion that are just waiting to happen. He's also something of a viking, which is why the others do what he says.
Stephen is the company's Creative Director and sleeps only three hours a night because his mind is constantly churning with ideas and ways in which to tackle the real-world problems facing media, entertainment and business in general. He has been an editor/journalist for the past 12 years, but in that time has also managed to launch several successful products, manage massive events, promote, manage, travel the world, create unique and powerful contacts and constantly strives to remain at the cusp of real-time cultural shifts (and one day plans on overtaking them).
With a piece of paper from a higher learning facility stipulating he is indeed a confirmed bachelor and a scientist of the computer kind, Kosta has been spending most of his professional career managing IT solutions, teams, implementations and projects both small and large. And in various spaces! What spaces you may be asking yourself? Well how about the telecommunication and online solution spaces, two of the most evolving markets in the business. Sure, he's also been using his knowledge of the written word to critique media and make jokes at the expense of various celebrities. But who's counting? You, on him, because he's Neek's Technical Director.
Drawing pretty pictures since before he could compose a sentence has been a penchant pertained by Chad throughout his life; one he's always busy exploiting. Quickly realising there was a career here somewhere, Chad packed his bags and Transformers lunchbox and headed off to Uni. Four years later he emerged with a new skill-set and a newly found interest in the intricacies of design and fonts - kerning and composition travel through his head at all hours of the day. With 10 Years involvement in design and illustration Chad spends just as much time hunched over his drawing table as sitting in front of his computer, churning out internationally distributed magazines, top-notch high-end festival guides and just about the best theme design around. 10 years is a pretty long time right? Well in that time he also successfully took on several expanded roles beyond design, and with gusto. Art-Director, Editor, conceptual designer, packaging and advertising, pre-press, finished artist and even travelling abroad to dabble in journalism for some of the largest videogame magazines in the biz.
